What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications and prioritize features based on market research and user feedback.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, using insights to inform product strategy.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, using data to make informed decisions about future enhancements and iterations.
• Facilitate regular product meetings, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Create comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes, to support effective communication and knowledge sharing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing updates and insights to both internal teams and external partners.
• Mentor junior product team members, sharing best practices and fostering their professional development.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate product value propositions to target audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation within the product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Previous experience working with remote teams or in an international environment.
• Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in product management software and tools such as Aha!, Productboard, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques and customer validation methods.
• Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
