The Senior Recruiter, APAC - Sourcing role is central to this mission, as you will own the full lifecycle for non-technical roles across multiple Asia Pacific markets and ensure hiring standards align with our value-driven, high-growth ambitions.

What you'll do
You will partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and co-create well-defined job descriptions for critical non-tech roles. You will source candidates proactively through diverse channels including LinkedIn, specialized job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and targeted networking events. You will develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies designed to attract high-quality candidates for non-technical positions across multiple APAC markets. This includes conducting rigorous resume screening and initial interviews to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates that align with role requirements.
You will collaborate closely with regional leaders to manage complex, high-visibility searches while ensuring consistent calibration of hiring standards. You will evaluate candidate profiles to ensure they meet the essential criteria and possess the capability to thrive within our value-driven, fast-paced environment. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, balancing speed and quality to meet the demands of a rapidly scaling organization. You will champion the Quince brand and values throughout the talent market, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and fairness. You will leverage data and analytics to refine sourcing channels, improve candidate quality, and optimize recruitment workflows for greater efficiency. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices and market insights to support informed hiring decisions. You will own key recruitment metrics and continuously seek opportunities to improve the candidate journey and stakeholder satisfaction. You will build and maintain a strong network of passive candidates and industry experts to support future hiring needs across the region.
Requirements
The role requires extensive experience hiring across multiple APAC countries with a deep understanding of local talent landscapes and market dynamics. You must demonstrate expertise in sourcing and recruiting for non-technical roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality hires. Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail is essential. Excellent judgment and sound decision-making skills are required when defining hiring standards and assessing candidate fit. You must possess exceptional communication and influencing skills to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to manage pipelines and analyze recruitment performance is required. A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across APAC markets is necessary to ensure compliant hiring practices. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and representing Quince's values of social and environmental responsibility in all interactions is mandatory.
