PubMatic is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join its AI platform team and help define the next generation of AI-driven advertising and content solutions. You will own the full lifecycle of high-impact features, from initial discovery and technical scoping through design, implementation, rigorous testing, and safe production deployment. In this role, you will translate complex product requirements into scalable, reliable, and secure software architectures while mentoring junior engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and infrastructure teams to ensure that the solutions you build align with business goals and technical best practices. You will contribute to the design and execution of the platform roadmap, making technical decisions that balance innovation with performance and maintainability. Your work will directly influence how PubMatic leverages cutting-edge AI to deliver intelligent, context-aware experiences at scale.
