What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of experiments to validate the performance of single photon sources, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements
- Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on quantum optics or photonics.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in experimental physics or engineering, specifically in the area of single photon sources or related technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception through execution.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and statistical modeling relevant to experimental validation.
- Proficiency in experimental design and implementation, with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques related to photonics, including lasers, detectors, and optical systems.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for data analysis and experiment automation.
