What you'll do

• Lead the design and implementation of system integration processes for quantum computing systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and research scientists to facilitate the integration of various components into a cohesive system.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system integration processes, including specifications, testing protocols, and integration plans.
• Oversee the testing and validation of integrated systems, identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the integration process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in system integration, preferably within the field of quantum computing or related technologies.
• Proven track record of leading complex integration projects from conception through to successful execution.
• Strong technical background in both hardware and software systems, with an emphasis on quantum technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify solutions efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools, ensuring timely delivery of integration milestones.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar, as they relate to system integration tasks.
• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field; advanced degrees are highly desirable.
