Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in power systems design or a related field, with a focus on high-performance computing or quantum technologies.
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from conception through to implementation.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, power distribution, and energy management systems.
- Experience with simulation tools and modeling software relevant to power systems design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and address technical challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline is preferred.
