What you'll do
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement optical packaging solutions tailored for quantum devices.
- Assist in the assembly and integration of optical systems, ensuring precise alignment and functionality.

- Analyze experimental data to assess the performance of optical systems and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with optical design software such as Zemax or Code V is preferred.
- Strong understanding of optical principles, including reflection, refraction, and diffraction.
- Experience with laboratory equipment for optical testing, such as spectrometers and interferometers.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data using programming languages such as Python or MATLAB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Prior internship experience in optical engineering or a related field.
