What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks to evaluate the performance of photonic hardware components.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to understand testing requirements and translate them into effective automated test cases.

• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting any issues and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware testing, with a focus on automation in a high-tech environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or similar, with experience in test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in using hardware testing tools and equipment, including oscilloscopes, signal generators, and automated test systems.
• Solid understanding of photonic systems and components, including lasers, detectors, and optical fibers.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools to interpret test results effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
