What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with PsiQuantum's business goals and growth trajectory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and the financial media, ensuring timely and accurate communication of the company's performance and strategy.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, earnings releases, and other investor communications that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and market position.
- Organize and manage investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring that all interactions are professional and informative.
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop key messages and narratives that resonate with investors and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that inform the company's strategic direction and investor communications.
- Analyze investor feedback and market reactions to guide future communications and refine investor engagement strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key financial analysts and institutional investors to foster long-term partnerships.
- Lead the creation of investor-focused content, including presentations, newsletters, and web updates, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
- Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor communications and ensure that the company adheres to best practices in investor relations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related field, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing investor relationships and executing investor engagement strategies.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on storytelling and persuasive messaging.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including senior management and investors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations and corporate communications.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, communications, or a related discipline; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in the technology or quantum computing sectors is a significant advantage.
- A network of contacts within the investment community, including analysts and institutional investors.
- Previous experience working with or in a publicly traded company.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for financial analysis and presentations.
- Familiarity with investor relations software and tools for managing communications and tracking investor engagement.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications and reports.
