What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive investor relations strategy that aligns with PsiQuantum's business goals and growth trajectory.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and the financial media, ensuring timely and accurate communication of the company's performance and strategy.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, earnings releases, and other investor communications that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and market position.
• Organize and manage investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring that all interactions are professional and informative.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop key messages and narratives that resonate with investors and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that inform the company's strategic direction and investor communications.
• Analyze investor feedback and market reactions to guide future communications and refine investor engagement strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key financial analysts and institutional investors to foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead the creation of investor-focused content, including presentations, newsletters, and web updates, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
• Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements related to investor communications and ensure that the company adheres to best practices in investor relations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related field, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing investor relationships and executing investor engagement strategies.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on storytelling and persuasive messaging.
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including senior management and investors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations and corporate communications.
• A bachelor's degree in finance, business, communications, or a related discipline; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or quantum computing sectors is a significant advantage.
• A network of contacts within the investment community, including analysts and institutional investors.
• Previous experience working with or in a publicly traded company.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
