Leading end-user training and developing procedure documentation will be essential for successful adoption of new functionality.

What you'll do
Analyze business challenges and define viable technical solutions for project prioritization and investment decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create intuitive UI mockups and visual guides to direct development teams and clarify user interface expectations.
Document system enhancements and modifications using comprehensive process maps and detailed workflow diagrams.
Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews to analyze technical specifications and project dependencies.
Design robust regression test plans to verify system stability and prevent issues during deployment cycles.
Provide level 3 support for complex software defects and intricate system issues requiring advanced troubleshooting skills.
Lead end-user training sessions and develop clear procedure documentation for new functionality and system features.
Manage project lifecycles using dedicated tracking databases and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders.
Investigate and analyze web-based services and applications to identify performance bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Synthesize complex technical information into accessible formats for non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
Evaluate existing tools and propose enhancements or alternatives to improve team productivity and system efficiency.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives and requirements.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to long-term strategies for system stability and enhancement.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant technical or professional experience in a business analysis or similar role.
- A Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems or a related computer field may substitute for 3 years of experience in analytical roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating and interpreting functional specifications, use cases, activity diagrams, and storyboarding techniques.
- Foundational knowledge of database design principles, system architecture concepts, and application programming fundamentals.
- Prior experience analyzing web-based services and applications in a business context is necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate effective meetings and negotiate requirements.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and resolve conflicts under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Commitment to following established processes and standards for documentation and system analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and their application in business contexts.
