Requirements

Greenhouse experience is strongly preferred, while ATS fluency at minimum is required to navigate systems and workflows efficiently.
Experience recruiting into a consulting, agency, or professional-services environment is a plus, given the cross-functional nature of these roles and the need for adaptability.
Commitment to equal opportunity principles, aligning with Prophet's dedication to building a team that represents diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
Understanding that all employment, promotion, and evaluation decisions are based strictly on qualifications, merit, and business need without exception.
