What you'll do
- Develop and nurture relationships with chiropractic practices, understanding their specific EHR requirements through in-depth discovery sessions.

- Partner with sales, marketing, and development teams to collaboratively present our EHR solutions and address technical inquiries effectively.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within the CRM to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide regular updates and detailed revenue projections to sales leadership to facilitate accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
- Proactively generate sales leads through targeted outreach and manage incoming inquiries with a high standard of responsiveness.
- Oversee the successful delivery, implementation, and onboarding of EHR software and related services to ensure seamless adoption.
- Attend industry conferences and events to stay informed about market trends, competitor movements, and emerging best practices.
- Identify and articulate the return on investment for chiropractic-specific workflows, such as documentation and billing integration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their ongoing success and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand alternative solutions and reinforce the unique value proposition of our platform.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and feature requests for continuous software enhancement.
- Demonstrate a consultative selling approach by diagnosing pain points and prescribing specific solutions for practice growth.

Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area as a foundational component of your professional qualifications.
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in business-to-business software sales, with a demonstrated focus on chiropractic EHR systems or highly analogous healthcare software.
- Show a proven history of successfully selling software directly to or working with chiropractic practices, including familiarity with their operational workflows.
- Establish a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas while delivering excellent customer service within the healthcare technology sector.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities that enable you to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals at executive, clinical, and administrative levels.
- Demonstrate proficiency with CRM software, specifically platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot, for managing complex sales cycles.
- Operate as a self-driven individual who can effectively balance independent work habits with the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Maintain the flexibility to travel occasionally for industry conferences, typically ranging from one to three trips per year, to engage with the community.
- Adhere to the legal and regulatory standards pertinent to the sale of healthcare software and patient data privacy.
