Product Marketer Manager
Job description
About the role
You will serve as the central narrative owner for the Profound platform, defining how the analytics and automation capabilities intersect with the reality of AI search for modern brands. In this capacity, you will architect the enablement strategy that ensures existing customers fully leverage the platform's potential as search behaviors evolve. You will act as the primary translator between the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment on use cases and outcomes. This role is critical for articulating the platform's value proposition as brands navigate the shift toward conversational models like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You will own the documentation and messaging that underpins customer retention, expansion, and long-term success within the category. Because Profound is backed by Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, LSVP, and Khosla Ventures, this position offers the opportunity to help define the playbook for an entirely new category of analytics. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy and customer communication in a high-growth environment.
