Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager
Job description
About the role
You will architect the operational backbone that allows Profound to convert the turbulence of the AI search era into a coherent growth story. In this position, you own the quarterly planning lifecycle from prioritization through execution, ensuring that every team moves with shared clarity and pace. You are responsible for designing the meeting rhythms and planning rituals that keep cross-functional teams aligned without stifling their speed. You will translate ambiguous market signals into sequenced roadmaps that balance ambition with operational reality. You own the identification and removal of bottlenecks that slow down go-to-market execution across marketing and product. You will manage complex, end-to-end projects from initial brief through to launch, maintaining rigorous visibility into status, risk, and dependency management. You build the onboarding and scaling processes that allow new hires to become fully productive without disrupting existing workflows. You establish the data and narrative cadence that enables leadership to make confident decisions about marketing investments.
