Legal Operations
Job description
About the role
The legal team at Polymarket operates within one of the most scrutinized areas of the internet, where regulatory compliance and operational efficiency are critical. We move quickly to adapt to evolving legal landscapes, and it is essential that nothing slips through the cracks - whether it's a filing deadline or an unsigned contract. This role is designed for someone who takes operational ownership seriously and views process optimization as a strategic advantage. As part of the Legal Operations team, you will serve as the vital link between the legal department and other parts of the company, ensuring that contracts, requests, and compliance tasks are managed smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining systems that facilitate the legal team's workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, and requests are handled proactively. This is an individual contributor position with significant responsibilities from day one, ideal for someone with prior experience supporting legal or compliance teams, especially in fast-paced environments. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company's legal operations.
