Your work will directly influence whether launches proceed on schedule or are paused to address legal exposure. You will build and maintain the legal infrastructure that allows the business to scale across multiple regulated markets.

What you'll do
Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex commercial and service agreements so that transactions can advance toward execution with clearly defined risk allocations. Interpret and apply multi jurisdictional legal frameworks to deliver practical, business focused solutions that balance compliance with commercial opportunity. Strengthen stakeholder communication to support deal progression and keep launches on schedule while protecting the company from undue liability. Lead the review of high risk contracts and flag issues early, ensuring that legal risks are visible, documented, and managed. Partner with compliance and commercial teams to interpret regulatory obligations and translate them into operational controls and contract terms. Own the maintenance of legal documents, clause libraries, and contract playbooks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness across jurisdictions. Monitor evolving regulatory developments and translate them into actionable guidance for product, marketing, and operations teams. Act as the primary point of contact for external advisors and counterparties on legal questions, driving timely responses and minimizing disruption to the business.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required, and you must An LLB / LLM (or equivalent) is mandatory for the role. Candidates must hold 3+ years PQE, including 2+ years in iGaming, to handle sector specific regulatory demands. You must be able to operate effectively within multi jurisdictional legal frameworks and deliver practical, business focused solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, given the need to advise non legal stakeholders and draft precise contractual language. Experience with iGaming sector regulations, licensing, and compliance obligations is required to assess risk accurately and efficiently. You must demonstrate sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information and high stakes commercial discussions. The ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail is non negotiable for this position.
Nice to have
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in regulated environments, including services, commercial agency, and partnership arrangements. Familiarity with iGaming compliance frameworks, responsible gaming requirements, and anti money laundering obligations. Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations relevant to gaming operations, including cross border data transfers. Exposure to payment processing, merchant agreements, and fraud prevention related contract terms. Understanding of market specific licensing and regulatory reporting obligations in key European jurisdictions. Experience working with internal audit, risk, and internal controls processes related to legal and compliance functions.
