What you'll do

• Design and develop high-level architecture for software applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks that best fit project needs, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
• Lead the development team in implementing architectural solutions, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including security and performance optimization.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, design patterns, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact on current and future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, along with a strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL, and experience with data modeling.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects to successful completion.

Nice to have

• Experience in the telecommunications sector or related industries.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and their application in software development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in leading Agile teams.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development and experience implementing secure coding standards.
