What you'll do

• Design and develop comprehensive architectural solutions tailored to meet client requirements in the telecommunications industry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
• Lead the technical design process, creating detailed architecture diagrams and documentation to guide implementation teams.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural designs, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct technical reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to address technical challenges that arise during project execution.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into architectural designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and architectural patterns, including microservices and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, with a solid grasp of database technologies like SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with telecommunications protocols and standards, such as 3GPP, GSM, or LTE.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
