What you'll do
- Meet and exceed established performance targets by engaging with potential clients and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Reach out to leads through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and other outreach methods, to generate interest and qualify prospects.

- Complete all required training programs, including onboarding and ongoing education, to stay aligned with company standards and product knowledge.
- Act as a company ambassador by promoting our vision, values, and culture through your interactions with prospects and team members.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives to foster a collaborative environment.
- Support the sales team by providing qualified leads and assisting in the transition from lead qualification to the sales process.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer questions and address concerns from prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in sales, customer engagement, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData/BookIt is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, curiosity, and motivation to achieve results.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills to engage inbound leads and handle objections professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a competitive spirit balanced by a team-oriented mindset.
- Interest in capital markets and financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
