Business Development/Sales & Growth Marketing North America
This role defines a new scope for planning collaboration across North America. You will serve as the connector between internal expertise and external market signals. Your primary mission is to refine how we discuss and structure business planning with prospective customers. You operate at the intersection of research, experimentation, and alignment.
Your work will center on observing real planning behaviors and converting these insights into coherent narratives. You will study how different teams discuss their workflows. You will assess the language used in current sales and marketing assets. The goal is to identify gaps where clearer framing can improve stakeholder understanding.
You will map the flow of information between departments. This involves documenting handoffs and decision points. You will highlight moments where ambiguity slows progress or creates risk. By visualizing these pathways, you support teams in achieving better synchronization.
Designing structured tests forms a core part of your responsibilities. You will create small, focused experiments for positioning and messaging. You will define success metrics for each test. You will then analyze the outcomes to guide future strategy in this domain.
You will coordinate dialogue between potential buyers and internal specialists. This ensures consistent explanation of Pigment's capabilities. You will act as a bridge to prevent miscommunication. You will maintain a shared understanding of value propositions.
You will draft scenario-based materials grounded in actual planning constraints. These documents will reflect the pressures planners face daily. They will illustrate how Pigment addresses specific workflow challenges. This content will be practical and observation-driven.
You will evaluate which storylines resonate with distinct audience segments. You will track reactions to different approaches. Based on this analysis, you will propose adjustments to messaging. Your suggestions will be rooted in behavioral evidence.
You will support internal validation of all external materials. This includes reviews for factual accuracy and logical structure. You will check that content meets the needs of target users. You will ensure clarity and relevance across all touchpoints.
You will maintain a dynamic record of interactions and results. This log will capture outcomes and key learnings. It will serve as a foundation for ongoing optimization. This living document will guide iterative improvements to the approach.
Requirements for this position include three years of experience in relevant business roles. This experience should involve strategy, operations, or commercial functions. You must be legally authorized to work for the duration of this internship in the location specified. You need proficiency in digital tools for collaboration and project tracking. You must communicate with professionalism in written and spoken English.
The location for this role is Paris. The engagement is structured as an internship. The compensation is 2100 EUR per month.
