- Document and communicate technical and commercial rationales to support internal approvals and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, platform capabilities, and competitive positioning relevant to client discussions.
- Contribute to internal knowledge assets, playbooks, and proof-of-concept strategies that strengthen future pitches.
- Enable sales teams by providing frameworks, checklists, and guidance that improve win rates and client satisfaction.
- Support responses to security questionnaires, compliance evidence, and governance documentation as required.
- Translate public sector considerations such as compliance, risk management, accessibility, and governance into practical solutions.
Requirements
