About the role
You will help shape Penumbrainc's long-term business goals by designing and implementing technology solutions. This role focuses on optimizing systems for our Marketing, Sales, and Services departments. You will be a key part of the IT functional team, ensuring our Go-to-Market strategies are supported by effective technology.

What you'll do
- Integrate strategic thinking and problem-solving to drive business results and innovation.
- Manage relationships with Global Sales, Services, and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document information needs and requirements.
- Lead business analysis for Lead to Account and Order to Cash processes, evaluating current workflows.
- Break down large work items into smaller components, translating business requirements into Epics and User Stories in Jira.
- Work with business units to create test plans, procedures, and define acceptance criteria.
- Document findings and suggest improvements for processes.
- Act as a link between Project Sponsors/Stakeholders and technical teams, leading cross-functional groups to deliver requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare team members, lead discussions, and communicate outcomes and issue resolutions.
- Be the primary contact for implementation and daily operations of Go-to-Market technology platforms.
- Resolve discrepancies between business requirements and technical feasibility by evaluating system solutions.
- Perform application testing and support stakeholder testing as needed.
- Liaise between IT and Sales, Marketing, and Services for planning, project oversight, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with systems such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Veeva, Marketing Applications, Showpad, or SAP.
- Deep understanding of Campaign to Lead, Lead to Order, and Order to Cash processes, with knowledge of CRM industry best practices.
- Experience with upstream and downstream processes related to CRM, including MDM (Customer, contact, product, company master), ERP Order Management, and Sales Analytics.
- Experience with business analysis and process improvement, ideally in a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.
- Experience with Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Support technology stacks, including Campaign Management, Lead and Opportunity, Enrichment, Forecasting, CPQ, CRM, Sales Compensation, Order Management, and Customer Support.
- Required experience in process and system development for MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Lead Routing, CRM, CPQ, Sales Chat, and Prospecting/Enrichment Tools.
- Demonstrated history of working with developers and cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Clear and concise technical writing skills, along with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience supporting multiple implementation work-streams simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with SMEs, senior leaders, PMO, and business users.
- Experience negotiating scope and priorities to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong negotiation skills for developing requirements with business users and advocating for system capabilities.
- Self-motivated, creative, with analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Basic understanding of database and integration approaches.
- Ability to write basic to medium complexity SQL queries.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing assignments and managing multiple projects.

- PMP certification.
- MS Dynamics, Salesforce Administrator, and Sales and Service Cloud certifications.
- Experience with MS Dynamics CRM, MS Dynamics voice, Boomi, and Salesforce.
- Exposure to BI Applications like Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, or MS Dynamics.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and equity where applicable.
