What you'll do

Architect future mobile flows from intake to partners, defining how features evolve from concept to live usage. Design scalable native and cross-platform solutions, then mentor engineers as they translate product intent into polished Android and iOS builds. Champion performance discipline, tracking cold start times, frame drops, and binary size so releases stay fast and reliable. Own end to end reliability, coordinating with backend and product to ship features that feel instantaneous across diverse networks. Guide code quality through tests and automation, enabling teams to move quickly without sacrificing stability for our global users. Explore emerging mobile patterns, then influence long term architecture so our apps stay ahead of market expectations and platform shifts. Guard the release pipeline, aligning design, compliance, and operations to deliver updates safely across our markets. Build strong working relationships with partners, ensuring mobile capabilities integrate cleanly into broader ecosystems and strategic initiatives. Drive measurable improvements in key user journeys by analyzing behavior, prioritizing technical debt, and validating changes through data. Continuously refine development workflows, tooling, and documentation to support sustainable pace and high quality outcomes.

Requirements

You bring 9+ years shaping mobile products, with deep Android or iOS expertise and fluency in at least one cross-platform approach. You understand memory, threading, and app lifecycle well enough to prevent jank and keep frame times predictable on varied devices. You measure what matters, using metrics like startup duration and crash rates to guide improvements that users feel immediately. You communicate clearly, mentoring peers while aligning with distant product and design partners on ambitious goals. You value automated testing and CI/CD hygiene, using them to protect velocity and prevent regressions in production. You are comfortable working in ambiguous situations, making sound decisions with partial information while maintaining clarity for your collaborators. You respect security, privacy, and compliance considerations, and you build solutions that reflect the needs of regulated financial environments. You take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements through implementation, release, and post release observation in real world usage.

Practical notes

Full-time onsite engagement in Gurugram, India is expected for this role. Travel may be required within assigned markets as part of project and partner commitments.
