What you'll do
Define and evolve the core narrative architecture of Payoneer across the homepage, product suites, corridor pages, pricing sections, and conversion funnels.
Translate intricate payments, fintech, and workforce management workflows into clear, benefit-led narratives that respect the complexity without overwhelming the reader.
Own the primary value proposition so users immediately grasp what Payoneer does, who it is designed for, and why it represents a distinct choice in global finance.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and product teams to articulate sharp positioning for global payments, Workforce Management, mass payouts, merchant services, and platform solutions.
Write conversion-focused homepage narratives, hero sections, microcopy, and calls to action that balance credibility, trust, and urgency without resorting to generic sales language.
Partner with the Conversion Rate Optimization and analytics teams to test, learn, and refine messaging based on user behavior, qualitative feedback, and performance metrics.
Lead the copy for product launches, major feature releases, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns, ensuring coherence across web, email, and sales assets.
Develop messaging tailored to specific audiences such as small and medium businesses, large enterprises, digital platforms, marketplaces, and finance decision-makers.
Act as the editorial guardian of Payoneer's brand voice, ensuring consistency, clarity, and credibility across all customer-facing web content.
Work hand in hand with designers to align typography, hierarchy, and copy so that information structure and visual design reinforce the same message.
Translate feedback from sales, customer success, and regional teams into refined web copy that reflects real objections, proof points, and use cases.
Elevate the quality of content created by other teams by providing direction, frameworks, and examples that keep website messaging aligned with standards.
Support the development of executive-facing thought leadership and long-form narratives when required, maintaining tone and strategic alignment.
Ensure that complex regional, corridor, and regulatory nuances are communicated accurately without sacrificing clarity or impact.
Champion a user-first mindset by continuously questioning whether messaging reduces friction, answers key questions, and supports the intended user journey.
Requirements

Demonstrate a deep understanding of SaaS and fintech buying journeys, including the psychology of decision-makers across enterprises and SMBs.
Write crisp, conversion-led copy and equally confident long-form explanatory content that breaks down sophisticated concepts without losing precision.
Bring prior experience collaborating closely with designers, product marketers, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to refine messaging.
Show a proven track record of defining and evolving product positioning and go-to-market messaging for complex offerings.
Have the ability to translate business requirements, compliance constraints, and technical features into clear, audience-specific narratives.
Exhibit strong judgment in making strategic tradeoffs between clarity, specificity, and brevity across different content surfaces.
Communicate fluently in English with excellent grammar, structure, and tone control for both technical and executive audiences.
