What you'll do

• Architect and implement fullstack features for our digital pathology and AI product suites using modern frameworks.
• Partner with data science and product teams to integrate machine learning algorithms into clinical workflows seamlessly.
• Develop internal and external tools that enable precise biomarker quantification and drive workflow optimization for pathologists.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee the stability, reliability, and high performance of our diagnostic platforms, including the AISight ecosystem.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all new systems and existing code modifications.
• Utilize version control workflows to manage source code changes and collaborate effectively with other engineers on the team.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with advancements in digital pathology, AI, and fullstack development techniques.
• Act as a technical advisor to non-engineering stakeholders by explaining complex concepts in clear, accessible terms.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in modern fullstack web development, including both frontend and backend technologies.
• Show the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Boston, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
• Bring experience building or maintaining complex software systems that handle large volumes of data.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills specifically focused on applications within the healthcare or diagnostic technology domains.
