Where You Fit
We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to support our digital diagnostics customers. This includes engagement with our commercially deployed AI product portfolio, our clinical trials platform, and our Digital Pathology Image Management System, AISight. The ideal candidate is proficient in SaaS implementations, laboratory and IT connectivity integrations, and is well organized with a clear sense of drive and the ability to learn quickly in a complex environment.
What You'll Do
You will serve as the primary point of contact for Anatomic Pathology labs, Academic Medical Centers, Hospital Systems, and clinical trial managers during the technical implementation phase. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the engagement. You will provide hands on technical implementation support, collaborating with customer IT teams and internal development resources as required. You will manage all implementation tasks, providing regular schedule updates, resolving risks and issues, and maintaining consistent communication with customers. You will support external clients as an application expert and escalation point for our support team, including participation in an on call rotation. Language requirements include fluent spoken and written English, with preference given to candidates who speak Portuguese or French.
What You Bring
You bring a minimum of three years of experience in client facing SaaS implementation roles. You demonstrate strong analytical skills and operational rigor. You have experience managing difficult customers or situations and can provide evidence of successful resolutions. You possess a strong understanding of our business and products, along with the ability to research and self start in areas requiring rapid learning. Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and hands on experience with market leading laboratory information systems such as Epic Beaker, Novopath, and Cerner Millennium is preferred. Travel expectations are below twenty percent.

This is a client facing role with on call responsibilities included.
Compensation
The cash compensation outlined below includes base salary, on target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible positions. Certain roles may also qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job related factors. The annual pay range is $48,000 to $73,600. This role is not overtime eligible.
