What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial laboratory sector to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including laboratory managers, procurement teams, and healthcare providers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare or laboratory industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the commercial laboratory landscape and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
