About the role
As a , you will play a vital role in driving growth by developing and executing marketing strategies that leverage our partner network. Your primary responsibility will be to create demand, develop pipeline, and accelerate deal closures with key partners, including Global System Integrators, Technology providers, and Business Process Outsourcing firms across North America. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives that support the company's revenue goals. You will be responsible for managing partner marketing campaigns, events, and collateral, as well as supporting partner recruitment and engagement efforts. The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how Parloa collaborates with strategic partners to expand its market presence and customer base.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop comprehensive co-marketing strategies in collaboration with partners, aligned with overall revenue targets and specific key accounts. This includes creating scalable and repeatable marketing motions that can be deployed across different regions and partner types.
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of partner marketing campaigns, including messaging development, digital marketing initiatives, webinars, and joint promotional activities. You will oversee flagship partner events and regional partner gatherings to foster engagement and strengthen relationships.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for key partners, working closely with Partner Managers to identify opportunities, support active deals, and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
- Support partner recruitment by designing targeted marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies that attract new partners. Facilitate partner participation in Parloa-led events, webinars, and other collaborative marketing activities to expand the partner ecosystem.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, pipeline contributions, and return on investment. Use data insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and inform future marketing resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and customer success to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business strategies and customer needs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology providers involved in executing partner marketing programs. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine and adapt partner marketing strategies effectively.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, content, and messaging tailored for partner engagement, demand generation, and lead nurturing.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
- Support the organization of partner events, webinars, and campaigns, ensuring they are executed smoothly and achieve desired engagement levels.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation for partner marketing processes, enabling scalable and consistent execution across regions.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through partner collaborations.
- Experience working with Global System Integrators, technology firms, BPOs, or similar partner ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events that deliver measurable results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability for results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of GDPR, ISO standards, and data protection practices is a plus.

The salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $142,000 USD, including on-target earnings (OTE). Compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.
