Senior / Staff Product Manager
Job description
Senior / Staff Product Manager at Pano Ai.
About the role
This role owns the strategic definition and execution of core wildfire detection and intelligence capabilities that form the foundation of our platform response. You will own the architecture and roadmap for critical data layers that synthesize inputs from detection cameras, satellites, and IoT sensors into a unified operational picture. The position demands ownership over alert logic and notification workflows that determine how quickly and accurately fire professionals receive verified information. You will define the structure and usability of spatial data products that allow incident commanders to visualize risk and allocate resources with precision. This role operates at the intersection of AI output, field workflows, and stakeholder requirements to ensure the platform remains both powerful and intuitive under pressure. Success in this role means directly influencing the speed and confidence of decisions that protect communities and ecosystems during extreme events. You will act as the primary product voice for wildfire intelligence, translating complex data and scientific constraints into clear product strategies that align with market needs and regulatory realities.
