What you'll do

Investigate ambiguous customer requirements by conducting deep discovery sessions and translating unstructured needs into actionable technical roadmaps. Architect data integration pipelines that unify disparate, large-scale datasets into coherent, queryable structures on Palantir platforms. Engineer resilient software components and services that reliably scale to meet demanding operational constraints in production environments. Collaborate closely with customers to refine solution designs, validate hypotheses, and iterate based on real-time feedback in dynamic settings. Conduct rigorous technical analysis to diagnose system bottlenecks, optimize performance, and ensure solutions meet stringent security and compliance standards. Translate complex engineering concepts into clear narratives for both technical and executive stakeholders during high-pressure project discussions. Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or within 60 days of hire. Must be a U.S. citizen or current permanent resident. Must be available to work from the Washington, D.C. office full-time. Must be able to start within 60 days of accepting the offer. Must be graduating in the current or next academic year with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field. Must be expected to graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Must demonstrate foundational knowledge of core computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Must have hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language and exposure to building or maintaining software systems. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
