Creative Ops & Studio Manager
Job description
About the role
You will own the end to end intake and coordination of all creative projects within the Brand Studio, acting as the central point of contact for designers, marketers, agencies, and cross functional stakeholders. You will design, implement, and continuously refine the operational workflows and systems that govern how creative work is requested, produced, tracked, and delivered at scale. You will leverage AI tools and automation platforms to remove manual bottlenecks and accelerate the creative lifecycle, ensuring teams can focus on high impact work. You will build and maintain the documentation, templates, trackers, and resource libraries that serve as the single source of truth for the studio. You will partner closely with brand marketers and product teams to align creative output with business objectives and major growth initiatives. You will bring clarity and structure to ambitious campaigns by coordinating reviews, vendor management, and asset administration from start to finish. You will monitor capacity, visibility, and delivery timelines to keep the studio operating smoothly and efficiently. Ultimately, you will shape how a modern, AI enabled brand studio operates, enabling Paddle to scale its global brand consistently and effectively.
