Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of engineers.
- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools relevant to mechanical design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
