Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of engineers.
• Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools relevant to mechanical design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering.
