About the role

The successful candidate will be expected to step into a leadership capacity, providing technical direction and mentorship to less experienced Software Engineers, specifically focusing on one primary technology stack within the engineering organization. A core responsibility involves driving continuous improvement by identifying systemic issues across more than one stack and proactively refactoring these problems to enhance stability and performance. The role requires a high level of ownership, including the ability to respond promptly and effectively when issues are raised by internal or external stakeholders. Collaboration is key, and the engineer will work closely with cross-functional partners, with other duties as assigned to ensure the team's success.

Requirements

• You need years of experience as a software engineer (fullstack).
• years of experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), ideally with experience in using the AWS Cloud.
• You need years Development Kit (CDK) for deploying cloud infrastructure.
• You need years of experience with TypeScript and NodeJS.
• years of experience working with version control systems such as git. Ability to use Github Actions.
• You need years of experience in Frontend (React).
• You need years of experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with payment systems such as stripe, mercado pago, etc. (desired).
• Experience working with Zoho and Healthie is considered a plus (desired).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• You need Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
• You need English (C1/C2) fluency.
