We provide meaningful virtual support to patients across a wide range of specialties in all 50 states. Our culture emphasizes autonomy, competence, and belonging, empowering everyone to propose ideas and drive results.
You will govern end-to-end employee relations and safety operations for our growing organization. Key responsibilities include owning investigations, shaping policy guidance, and mitigating risk. Tracking ER trends and metrics will help you identify risks and recommend proactive solutions.
