About the Role
OpenLoop is pioneering a new model for patient access by deploying telehealth at scale. We are seeking a Digital Health Account Executive focused on Influencer & Creator Partnerships to establish a dedicated growth engine. This role owns the end-to-end process of discovering, securing, and optimizing creator collaborations that drive patient acquisition for our direct-to-consumer offerings. You will be responsible for creating a repeatable, data-driven playbook that ensures sustainable channel performance. This is a foundational position designed to build a long-term competitive advantage in the digital health space.

What You Will Do
You will architect a new influencer channel from the ground up, establishing the strategic and operational framework necessary for scalable growth. This involves identifying and engaging with high-potential talent partners to create a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities. You will translate business objectives into specific partnership requirements, ensuring alignment between marketing goals and creator output.
A core responsibility is designing and negotiating performance-based agreements that balance growth incentives with fiscal responsibility. You will develop standardized deal templates and economic models, utilizing CPA and revenue share structures to protect margins. This includes creating a systematic approach to sourcing partners, often through talent agencies, and managing the full negotiation lifecycle.
You will serve as the primary liaison between creative, marketing, and compliance functions. This requires close collaboration to develop campaign briefs that ensure all content adheres to healthcare regulations and industry guidelines. You will manage active partnerships, monitoring live performance metrics to identify underperforming areas and rapidly implementing optimizations. also, you will analyze channel data to track Cost of Acquisition (CAC), patient starts, and attributed revenue, feeding these insights directly back into the playbook to refine future strategies.
The role demands adaptability, as you will maintain flexible availability to address shifting priorities and manage a diverse workload. You will champion a culture of experimentation, systematically testing new creators, offer types, and content formats to discover high-impact growth vectors.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in creator economy transactions. You must possess over five years of experience in creator partnerships, affiliate sales, or D2C growth roles, with a minimum of two to three years personally closing deals. Your background should include demonstrable success in sourcing and negotiating partnerships, ideally within a talent agency environment.
You are an experienced closer who takes personal ownership of the sales process rather than merely executing on predefined campaigns. A strong working knowledge of performance-based deal economics is essential, along with the confidence to negotiate complex agreements with multiple stakeholders. You operate effectively in ambiguous and dynamic settings, capable of converting early-stage traction into durable, repeatable systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare, telehealth, or regulated consumer health sectors hold a distinct advantage. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, attribution models, and creator management technologies is highly valued. A proven history of building a channel or program from initial concept through to maturity and scalability is a significant asset.
