- Streamline the intake of requests and data issues, defining clear resolution paths for engineering and operations teams.
- Build integrations and platform services that keep workflows reliable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Review designs and code with peers to ensure quality before changes reach production environments and risk management systems.
- Deploy features through controlled pipelines to preserve stability for Risk Management, Data Governance, and Compliance operations.
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve incidents, refine monitoring strategies, and improve the reliability of critical products.
- Partner with analytics teams to validate data quality, improve tooling, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Champion experiments and proof-of-concept initiatives that inform future capabilities for governance, risk, and compliance workflows.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of API design principles to ensure consistent and secure integration patterns.
- Contribute to the evolution of the AI‑Ready Governance Platform™ by implementing features that enable trusted data to accelerate responsible innovation.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor of Science in a relevant field or demonstrate equivalent practical experience through professional work history.
- Possess three years of professional development experience with strongly typed languages such as Java, C#, or similar.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of distributed systems, including their architecture, failure modes, and scalability considerations.
- Show mastery of API design principles and RESTful service development to support integration across platforms.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear and actionable information.

- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in production and pre-production environments.
- Work reliably within version control systems, using Git to manage code changes and collaborate effectively within engineering teams.

- Maintain a commitment to quality by writing tests, performing code reviews, and adhering to engineering best practices.

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
