What you'll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Onetech Capital's business objectives and enhance brand visibility in the fintech sector.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to inform marketing initiatives.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines, to drive traffic and lead generation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, that effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
