Omada Health is seeking a Product Manager to oversee our billing systems. This role is central to our company's ability to generate revenue and scale operations through advanced product development. You will shape the future of how we handle billing, invoicing, and revenue cycle management.

What you'll do
- Oversee the complete billing platform, from claim creation to invoicing and internal tools for finance teams.
- Develop and manage a product strategy focused on improving billing accuracy, reducing manual work, and speeding up cash collection.
- Build systems that support the introduction of new products, pricing structures, and customer onboarding processes.
- Work with business units to expand into new health areas and support the growth of existing operations.
- Define and implement the billing product strategy, aligning with company growth and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, revenue cycle, accounting, and commercial teams to translate business needs and contract terms into scalable product solutions.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to decrease billing errors, streamline workflows, and enhance collection rates.
- Create clear product requirements and manage the team's backlog to deliver impactful solutions.
- Analyze performance data, such as billing accuracy and collection rates, to inform decisions.
- Explore and apply artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to enhance billing operations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
- A total of 7 or more years in market strategy, product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, or product/business operations.
- Previous experience with the business-to-business healthcare sector, specifically in areas like billing, eligibility, or coverage.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a solid understanding of technology.
- A proven history of achieving target metrics through solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and clinical considerations.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a talent for problem-solving with limited resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build consensus among various stakeholders.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and methods.
- An analytical and curious mindset, comfortable using data and user research to understand challenges and find innovative solutions.

- Salary ranges: Zone 1: $156,400 - $195,000; Zone 2: $149,600 - $187,000; Zone 3: $136,000 - $170,000.
- Compensation package will be determined by zone, candidate skills, experience, and business considerations.
