What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive legal support to various departments within the company, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research to assist in the development of policies and procedures that comply with local and international laws.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex legal matters, ensuring that the company's interests are protected.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring that all terms are favorable and compliant with legal standards.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements that may impact the company's operations, advising stakeholders accordingly.
- Support the resolution of legal disputes by preparing necessary documentation and liaising with relevant parties.
- Participate in the development of training materials and sessions to educate employees on legal compliance and risk management.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference.
- Contribute to the drafting of internal policies and procedures, ensuring they align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Engage in risk assessment activities, identifying potential legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Assist in corporate governance matters, including the preparation of board resolutions and minutes.

Requirements
- A law degree from an accredited institution, with a focus on corporate law or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate environment or law firm.
- Strong understanding of contract law, compliance issues, and corporate governance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bulgarian or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in the tech industry or familiarity with technology-related legal issues.
- Previous exposure to international law or cross-border transactions.
- Membership in a relevant legal association or bar.
- Familiarity with data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR.
