Key facts
What you'll do
Orchestrate the end to end virtual drug testing journey, from check in to final confirmation, while maintaining a high standard of care.
Verify participant identity using multiple verification methods to ensure the accuracy and security of the testing process.
Monitor live video feeds and audio feeds to detect any anomalies or potential breaches of testing protocol.
Guide participants through each step of the saliva collection procedure using clear and precise verbal instructions.
Troubleshoot technical issues with the virtual platform, internet connectivity, or device settings in a calm and efficient manner.
Document all interactions, observations, and incidents in real time using our internal tracking systems and digital tools.
Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or testing irregularities promptly.
Apply active listening skills to understand participant concerns and company policies with accuracy and patience.
Utilize problem solving abilities to address unexpected scenarios while keeping the testing session on schedule.
Communicate with confidence and compassion, ensuring participants feel supported throughout the virtual experience.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data security standards to protect sensitive participant information at all times.
Promote a culture of reliability and integrity by adhering strictly to testing windows and procedural guidelines.
Serve as a bridge between Novir and our trusted partners, reinforcing our commitment to fast, flexible, and reliable testing solutions.
Demonstrate adaptability by shifting between different time zones and participant needs within the same workday.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age to ensure maturity and responsibility in handling sensitive testing procedures.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent to demonstrate foundational knowledge and communication skills.
Must have reliable access to high speed internet and a suitable device capable of running virtual meeting software.
Must be available to work during the currently scheduled shifts which include Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to noon and 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Must reside in or be willing to work from the Milwaukee, WI area to support local operations and compliance requirements.
Must pass a background check and meet any additional screening standards required for handling sensitive health information.
Must be able to follow detailed instructions and company protocols without deviation to maintain the integrity of the testing process.
Must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively guide participants and interact with internal stakeholders.
Nice to have
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a role involving virtual platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with drug testing procedures or compliance standards will be viewed favorably.
Experience with scheduling software or virtual meeting tools is a distinct advantage for managing sessions efficiently.
A background in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is critical will align well with the demands of this position.
Comfort with bilingual communication may be beneficial when supporting diverse participants in the Milwaukee area.
Practical notes
This is a variable engagement role with shifts scheduled during the specified Monday through Friday windows.
Travel is not required as the position is fully remote, though candidates must be based in or near Milwaukee, WI.
