What you'll do
Orchestrate the entire virtual drug proctoring workflow, managing appointments from scheduling through completion while safeguarding data accuracy.
Verify participant identity using secure verification methods, ensuring that the correct individual is present for every oral saliva-based test.
Guide participants through each stage of the virtual testing process, providing clear instructions and real-time support to ensure protocol adherence.
Monitor live video feeds and digital interactions to detect any anomalies or potential breaches, escalating issues immediately when necessary.
Utilize multiple software platforms and testing tools concurrently, maintaining system performance and troubleshooting minor technical disruptions.
Document all interactions, observations, and outcomes in real time, producing detailed reports that meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for participants, answering procedural questions and alleviating concerns while preserving the integrity of the test environment.
Apply expert judgment to assess participant behavior and compliance, making objective decisions that balance empathy with strict protocol enforcement.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, share insights, and refine processes that enhance the overall testing experience.

Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age to ensure maturity and responsibility in handling sensitive testing scenarios.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational knowledge necessary for understanding testing procedures.
Must have reliable transportation to access our onsite location in Milwaukee's 3rd Ward, arriving punctually for all scheduled shifts.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, providing documentation that confirms eligibility for employment.
Must pass a background check that meets industry standards, ensuring a safe and trustworthy testing environment for all stakeholders.
Must be able to commit to a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, supporting operational continuity.
Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and professional interactions with participants and team members.
Must be tech savvy, with the ability to navigate virtual platforms, troubleshooting minor issues while maintaining focus on proctoring duties.
Nice to have
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or testing environments is preferred, as it aligns with our high-touch support model.
Familiarity with virtual proctoring software, compliance frameworks, or diagnostic testing procedures can accelerate your effectiveness in this role.

Practical notes
This role is based onsite at Novir Headquarters in Milwaukee's 3rd Ward, requiring physical presence for all shifts.
The position operates on a variable engagement basis, with current scheduling requirements of Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Evening availability and reliable transportation are essential to meet onsite expectations and maintain schedule reliability.
