What you'll do
Conduct targeted outreach to healthcare providers using phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms within your assigned territory.
Build and sustain a robust pipeline by qualifying leads, documenting interactions, and updating CRM records with precision and timeliness.
Develop deep product knowledge to clearly articulate the clinical benefits and unique features of our wearable therapy solutions.
Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders by actively listening to their challenges and demonstrating tailored value.
Coordinate closely with field sales colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and joint planning for strategic accounts.
Generate and share market intelligence regarding competitor activity, pricing trends, and HCP feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor therapy adoption metrics and sales performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Support marketing initiatives by providing frontline insights that help refine campaign messaging and target audience segmentation.
Maintain strict organization of sales activities, forecasts, and follow-up tasks to ensure reliable achievement of quarterly goals.
Act as an internal advocate by conveying customer needs, pain points, and success stories to cross-functional departments.
Drive consistent engagement through personalized communication that aligns with the clinical and operational priorities of HCPs.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales playbooks by testing new approaches and sharing results with the leadership team.

Requirements
Possess 2+ years of prior sales experience, with a preference for candidates with medical device or pharmaceutical background.
Hold a Bachelor's degree, or demonstrate equivalent capability through relevant work experience and proven performance.
Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills that facilitate clear and persuasive dialogue with diverse audiences.
Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for professional correspondence and reporting.
Apply a foundational understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting practices.
Engage stakeholders through confident and professional virtual and in-person communication, especially via video conferencing tools.
Address customer inquiries and internal requests in a timely manner, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.

This is a full-time remote position based in the Northeast region, requiring reliable internet connectivity and a suitable workspace.
