About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for designated geographic territories, acting as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers regarding our therapy solutions. This role requires you to initiate and manage conversations that translate complex clinical data into clear value propositions for each stakeholder. You will be responsible for establishing a trusted advisor presence by listening to provider needs and aligning them with appropriate product capabilities. Your work will directly influence the adoption of our clinically validated therapeutic wearables within key clinical networks. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure feedback from the field is captured and used to refine our offerings. Success in this position will be defined by your ability to build long-term relationships that drive sustainable engagement. You will contribute to the company mission by converting interest into measurable outcomes that improve patient care and support broader adoption of drug-free therapy.

What you'll do
Identify and qualify new healthcare provider prospects through targeted outreach within your assigned territory.
Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan that leverages phone, email, and digital channels to maximize engagement with HCPs.
Build and sustain long-term professional relationships that position our therapy solutions as integral to patient care strategies.
Deliver compelling product presentations that highlight features, benefits, and clinical advantages to diverse healthcare audiences.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of every interaction, ensuring data integrity within the CRM platform for pipeline visibility.
Collaborate with field sales colleagues to synchronize messaging and coordinate activities on priority accounts.
Analyze competitive products and market feedback to provide actionable insights that inform marketing and product development.
Consistently meet or exceed established KPIs for outreach volume, engagement quality, and revenue generation.
Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to support proactive adjustments in sales strategy.
Contribute ideas on sales methods and customer requirements to refine positioning and messaging over time.
Perform administrative duties related to forecasting, pipeline updates, and territory planning as requested.
Serve as a conduit between customer insights and internal teams to guide iterative improvements in our solutions.
Represent Noctrix Health in virtual and in-person settings, maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times.
Utilize data to prioritize high-potential opportunities and optimize time allocation across accounts.
Support special initiatives such as pilot programs or clinical studies that strengthen evidence for our therapy platforms.
Requirements
4+ years of proven experience in sales within any industry, with medical device or pharmaceutical background preferred but not mandatory.
Hold a Bachelor's degree or demonstrate equivalent professional experience that reflects comparable knowledge and capability.
Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills that enable clear articulation of value to clinical and executive stakeholders.
Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for daily productivity.
Apply foundational knowledge of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting practices to drive results.
Demonstrate the ability to engage effectively through virtual platforms, maintaining high levels of engagement during video conferences.
Address and resolve customer concerns and internal issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and successful resolution of every interaction.
Approach the role with a highly motivated mindset, maintaining positivity and resilience in the face of rejection and targets.

Practical notes
This is a full-time remote position with candidates based in either Dallas or Houston strongly encouraged due to alignment with coverage requirements.
Occasional travel may be required within your territory for in-person meetings or site-specific opportunities.
