What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that outlines the vision, strategy, and key milestones for product development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing updates and insights to stakeholders and team members.
• Work closely with development teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth and efficient product development cycles.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to validate product concepts and iterate on existing features.
• Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using data to inform decision-making and prioritize future development efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on new product features and updates.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of product specifications, user stories, and workflows to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment, ideally with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.

Nice to have

• Experience in the e-commerce or SaaS industry, with a solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience working closely with design teams.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel to track user behavior and product performance.
• Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
• Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
