Solutions Engineer
Job description
Solutions Engineer at Netbox Labs.
About the role
You will research and analyze detailed prospect pain points, specific use cases, distinct stakeholder roles, and overarching business objectives to frame the value of NetBox Labs offerings. You will champion the technical positioning and value proposition of NetBox Labs products during live customer engagements, educating both customers and prospects on capabilities while running technical product demonstrations and proofs of concept. You will translate complex technical aspects of an environment and product solution into clear "big picture" value statements and a "technical win" strategy in close collaboration with Sales leadership. You will pre-qualify prospects through a mix of inbound demand and strategic outbound campaigns, leveraging channels such as email, phone, and social platforms to surface interest and fit. You will build a robust revenue pipeline by setting and owning first meetings with qualified users and senior decision makers who are evaluating network operations solutions. You will operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with the initiative to drive activities independently and ensure team goals are not just met but exceeded. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect data and point of contact statuses within Hubspot, our CRM, ensuring reliable reporting and forecast accuracy.
