You will own the full client journey from first visit to discharge, conducting in-depth movement assessments and translating complex findings into clear, actionable plans. You will act as the primary clinical expert for your caseload, designing bespoke exercise programs and hands-on techniques that keep clients moving longer and with greater confidence. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists to ensure seamless, coordinated care that feels cohesive to the client. You will leverage data and feedback to continuously refine your treatment approach, driving measurable progress in pain reduction, mobility, and function for every individual you see. You will champion the brand promise of proactive, intelligent care by educating clients on injury prevention and sustainable habits that fit their real-world lives. What you'll do
Perform comprehensive subjective and objective assessments to build a clear movement baseline for each new client.
Translate assessment findings into personalized treatment plans that prioritize function, independence, and long-term resilience.
Apply advanced hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises tailored to the individual needs and goals of every client.
Integrate real-time feedback and outcome measures to adjust interventions and track meaningful progress over the care plan.
Educate clients on self-management strategies, including exercise, posture, and daily habits that support lasting change.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
Utilize clinical reasoning to triage cases, identify red flags, and determine when advanced imaging or specialist referral is appropriate.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation that reflects clinical decision-making and treatment rationale.
Leverage technology and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience at the point of care.
Act as a clinical role model, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and excellence in every interaction with clients and colleagues.
Champion continuous improvement by seeking feedback, reflecting on outcomes, and applying new evidence to your practice.

Requirements
Must hold a current license or certification to practice as a physiotherapist in British Columbia or be eligible for licensure in this province.
Must have completed a degree in physiotherapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
Must possess advanced knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and neuromuscular function relevant to diverse client populations.
Must demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and the ability to formulate and adjust treatment plans based on objective findings.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex concepts in accessible, actionable language.
Must be proficient in documenting client interactions using electronic health record systems and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Must be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, respecting the scope and expertise of other health professionals.
Must commit to upholding the highest standards of safety, ethics, and professional conduct in every aspect of client care.
Must be comfortable working autonomously while remaining aligned with clinical guidelines and organizational protocols.
Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship, as the role is structured as a contractor position.
