- Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the vision for commercial autonomous vehicle services, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover new avenues for product growth and expansion, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business development teams to translate product ideas into tangible offerings, ensuring seamless execution throughout the development process.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation and concept validation to market launch and subsequent iterations based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Create detailed business cases and financial models that provide a solid foundation for product initiatives, helping to secure necessary resources and stakeholder buy-in.
- Regularly present product strategies, updates, and performance metrics to both internal teams and external partners, fostering transparency and collaboration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that enhance the user experience and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure that Motional's offerings remain competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future development efforts, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights that will inform product enhancements and new features.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and launching commercial products, ideally within the technology or automotive sectors.
- A solid background in the autonomous vehicle industry or related fields, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across various teams, influencing and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for problem-solving and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences.
- A degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or technology is preferred, with an advanced degree being a plus.
