- Create compelling technical content that showcases the significance of Search and Vector Search in advanced information retrieval and the development of AI applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in search and retrieval, leveraging data from multiple sources to enhance both internal and external communications.
- Strategize and execute cross-functional plans for launching new features related to Search and Vector Search, aiming to increase adoption and revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement materials that articulate the value of MongoDB's Search capabilities.

Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, developer relations, or solutions engineering, preferably in B2B technology sectors such as AI/ML, cloud computing, or enterprise software, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, contributing to the formulation and execution of strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on applying data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior leadership effectively.
- A solid grasp of technology fundamentals, particularly in databases and cloud infrastructure, and their relevance to embedding models and generative AI.
- A deep understanding of customer challenges, with the ability to identify common use cases and specific implementation details.
- A proactive mindset with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to represent MongoDB as a subject matter expert in various settings, including customer interactions, analyst briefings, and public speaking engagements.

The base salary range for this position at MongoDB is between $92,000 and $182,000 USD. Compensation may vary based on individual qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
