About the role

In this role, you will collaborate with essential stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Product Design, Marketing, and Analytics to implement Observability features and enhance platform capabilities for MongoDB. As a veteran program leader, you will oversee a critical program this fiscal year and manage communications at the executive level regarding this initiative. You will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to advance engineering programs and optimize business value delivery. It is your responsibility to identify trends within complex information and take appropriate actions based on your insights to ensure alignment with strategic goals. You will develop, sustain, and enhance the processes and tools that facilitate program delivery, creating a scalable framework for success. Furthermore, you will foster strategic relationships with Product and Engineering teams to build trust and drive cohesive execution across the organization. As a mentor, you will broaden your knowledge in new areas as needed and mentor junior Technical Program Managers while leading by example in all professional interactions. Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in an engineering environment managing intricate cross-functional technical programs from initiation to closure.
• Accumulate at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a particular focus on cloud storage and computing products to understand technical constraints.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture and Cloud Infrastructure to navigate complex system dependencies effectively.
• Exhibit the ability to influence technical discussions, clearly summarizing outcomes and next steps to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Prove proficiency in communicating effectively with a diverse range of engineers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain a highly organized mindset capable of coordinating multiple independent work streams and teams without losing focus on objectives.
• Serve as a model of effective execution practices, driven by a keen sense of priority and urgency to meet demanding deadlines.
• Bring experience in program delivery that can lead to improvements in tools, operations, and architecture for long-term benefits.
