What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of pay-out products, ensuring alignment with Mercuryo's strategic goals and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new pay-out features and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, timelines, and deliverables for pay-out initiatives.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform ongoing improvements and adjustments to the pay-out processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of product development.
• Create detailed product specifications and documentation to guide the development team in building robust pay-out solutions.
• Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on product designs, ensuring a user-centric approach to development.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure that all pay-out products adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech or payment processing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing payment products or features.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
• Understanding of payment processing systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management in the fintech space.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work environment, leveraging digital communication tools effectively.
